"From start to finish, the srvice was awesome. Our room was available early and it was ready for us to go up, unpack, and rest. Valet parking is free and the staff were so friendly. The pool area was great and the cabanas were a little pricey but worth it. Its also whale season so the entire stay we could see whales. Would recommend this property to everyone. Also, there is a grocery store right across the street so it is convenient to drive or walk over for groceries. The grocery store is 24 hrs. "

"We stayed the weekend with a pet in the poolside room. The staff was wonderful. Our dog was part of their family. The pool area is great, very clean and family friendly games all day. This is a great “base” hotel…go out and explore the island. There is no “true” beach to hang out and get drinks. But…we loved this hotel and will be back. "

"Best resort around the area with great access to all the Maui activities. Their rooms are new and best maintained. Pool, outdoor bar and restaurant are the best you can get in Maui compared to pricy resorts."

"Great central location on Kaanapali Beach. Has more of a relaxed, authentic Hawaiian feel. Much quieter than the other resorts. Only suggestion would be for them to add couple of fire pits and maybe a hot tub. "
