"This was such a gem of a place! The view was absolutely amazing - you could see down the valley, and then all the way to the ocean. The room was clean and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows on three sides. It's such a quiet area and I was happy that we were up high (even though the hills are steep!) rather than in the center of town, which seemed very busy, with lots of hotels and restaurants and stores packed in tightly. The views are amazing, but the best part of the hotel is the family...

"There was no communication between staff and guest because the staff "acted" like they couldnt speak english and when i used a spanish app they acted like they had no clue until they needed my money then suddenly they understood what i said and english. Constant noise and animals. Pool sucks too. They provide a home cooked breakfast which was really good so thats why they get 1 star but nothing else."

"This property was exactly as advertised. A small family owned place surrounded by nature and walking trails. The bungalow had everything we needed including picture windows looking out at the forest/gardens, a king size bed, coffee maker, small fridge, good shower, a wonderful covered patio and even a lovable dog! It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool.
