"Parking for Monteverde cloud forest is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is deep inside with no convenience stores in walkable distance. Hotels.com had incorrect location listed which made us go in circles to find the place. We used yoga room for yoga. They have kitchen. Road the hotel is terrible with many potholes. Driving in rain was terrible experience specifically when you are coming for the first time and have incorrect directions. "

"Pros: refrigerator, 2nd floor (bars on windows, blinds, and locks on windows/doors), parking, A/C in the bedroom, additional blankets, towels provided, sugar, tea/coffee and basic cooking utensils. "Nice two bedroom studio apartment about 200 meters from main hostel building. Managers were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Only slight negative, really more of a surprise, was that they didn't accept payment via credit card."

"Loved this backpackers! Super cool rooms, and the view is excellent looking straight at the Arenal volcano! Awesome pool and bar right on property and downtown is so walkable from the front of the property! "

"Great hostel situated in a nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the centre including the supermarkets and bus terminal (the centre is frankly not as pleasant as the suburbs). Rooms have secure key codes, and lockers are situated in the communal kitchen which is large, clean and well equipped. Everything was good. Would recommend."

"Alexandra is an amazing host. She was very accommodating, warm and helpful. She even brought us bread and pinto gallo in the morning. LIttle Paradise is well situated and all the major sights (La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano, Monteverde) are at most an hour drive away. The property is scenic and vast, with a beautiful view of the lake. "Nice , cute property. Rainforest feeling . Rain drops on the roof is very loud ., can bother your sleeping , but very natural rainforest feeling . Easy location to drive to town down . Hot water not working some days , that is the bad for showering . LOL . "

"Always a great stay at Arenal Manoa. Their new hot springs section at the main pool is simply gorgeous. It is set in the natural forest landscape and the pools are lovely and have friendly bar service. The prices reflect this new big addition but it is still worth it. "

"I stayed here four years ago and thought it was so well laid out in nature and with the pools and flowers and birds that I reserved again. The people are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. They only need to describe it better on the menu. The portions of the appetizers are enough for a meal. The spa is beautiful. My husband and I both had massages looking at and listening to the nature outdoors. I also had one of the best facials I ever had. This hotel makes me want to come back and stay whenever I can come back to Costa Rica. It was very relaxing rain or shine. "

"This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Very relaxing and beautiful all around. "
