"Los Lagos Hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. They have pools everywhere, and we mostly hung out in the large hot spring pool with a swim-up bar and drank the virgin pina coladas that they serve in real pineapples! The staff is very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, the cleaning crew, and the front desk. The breakfast is a buffet full of healthy, delicious variety. The gift shop is great. We were in downpour for 2 days, and ended up just hanging out in the warm pools. One night when my daughter and husband decided to stay in the room for the evening, I spent an hour in the original hot spring on a built-in lounge chair with jets. "

"Our group of 9 had a great trip thanks to Patrick and his team! The property and house are beautiful, a wonderful oasis to relax in the rainforest. The daily fresh cooked breakfast was the perfect start and exceeded our expectations. Miguel, such a great guy and driver helped us get to any adventure we wanted and made sure everything went smooth. Patrick is a great chef and we had the best tres leche cake for dessert. We highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to book again. "

"Arenal Manoa is absolutely amazing!! The staff is fabulous, they know your name, polite, friendly. The grounds are beautiful, well kept. We stayed in the Chato Suite and it felt like our own private oasis with a breathtaking backyard space, swinging sofa, multiple sitting/laying arrangements around a fabulous pool with perfect views of the Arenal Volcano. Buffett breakfast included, sushi, pizza and restaurant on site, we ordered room service multiple times and received it quick. Spa by the river and multiple natural hot springs on the property, they added some in an adult only zone, all are surrounded and under the lush vegetation on the property and a perfect escape. We also booked RT transportation to/from hotel and 2 tours through them. Arenal Manoa staff know how to make you feel special and cater to your needs. It was a most memorable vacation and we will return! "

"I love the fact that as soon as we arrived on the property, we saw a slot! I guess there’s a family of them. The front desk staff was super friendly. Our bungalow in the jungle was secluded and awesome. You need to know that it was dated, however. A little bit like camping in the woods. It was probably the best value out there. "

"The hotel is remarkable. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly friendly the staff were to hotel guests. I felt like I was special and valued as a guest from the moment I checked in..to when I left. Smiles, friendly attitudes and genuine, likeable people who stayed at the hotel really made a difference, IMO. Next, the Welcome Drink ticket we received was a first-timer for us and we couldn’t be happier. The server who made us that drink is 10/10! I cannot remember her name, but she was kind, helpful and knew how to make an amazing fruity cocktail. From peaceful, relaxation in the hot tub to comfortable, cozy bedding, you had the perfect slumber combination. And what a treat to open your curtains and have those breathtaking views every single morning. Family, Friends, Solo Traveller visits are all welcome here. You will not regret booking with this property!"
