"Room was as expected, nothing fancy but comfortable. The shower could have a better flow, and the plug in the tub did not work well. The restaurant was understaffed and this became an issue as the two children were hungry and breakfast took about an hour to arrive. The available staff were trying their best. "I'm not sure why people mention that the homeless people make the area feel uncomfortable or unsafe. They are people too, and no one has ever bothered me while staying there many times. Plus, the Ale House is nearby and Morrissey House is across the street!"

"Hotel is conveniently located by bus routes for the area. Easy access to get to your location. Breakfast was included that was a bonus. We had experience noisy construction work during our first night at the hotel from 1:30am to 5:00am. "
