"The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. "I had a balcony room and as soon as you open, the balcony looked over the pool, and it looked like the homeless trashed out on the other side of the hotel, which you can see in the hotel was facing a burnt apartments so that is the only issue I have they probably just need to put a black netting for the people not to see them Side of the burnt apartment and also the trashed out area behind it."
