"We booked this hotel for 2 nights, before our cruise. It is a lovely Victorian with charm and convenience. Being on St Charles Ave, the streetcar is right in front of the hotel. And right in the middle of the French Quarter and the Garden District of New Orleans. Restaurants, cocktail lounges, and shopping, are all within walking distance as well. Our host Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We are looking forward to another stay here, next time we get to New Orleans. "

"Very quirky and unique accommodation. We loved staying here, it was easy walking distance from the French Quarter. The courtyard was really relaxing to sit with a coffee in the morning. We thought it was hilarious that the main door to the Courtyard Room opened straight into the bathroom - so you'd need to be really comfortable with your travelling companion. The area around the accommodation felt very safe and quiet."

"Beautiful property and great, welcoming staff. Property is in a great location. Older property is not well noise insulated. There was some sleep interruptions the first two nights from noisy upstairs neighbors. I would probably give highest rating if staying on second floor."

"“Amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and the restroom was very spacious, which was a nice bonus. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. However, I didn’t realize there would be other guests in the home, as that detail wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing. It wasn’t a huge issue, but just something to be aware of. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place!”"

"Place was clean and just like the pictures. Bed comfy. I felt secure with the locked door with code. A little bit scetch walking to French flea market but just went out during day. Loved the apt!"

"The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Its very close to historic New Orleans, but far enough you can relax. I would totally recommend it for anyone exploring New Orleans."

"It was clean and had enough space for us, but we could have also taken the kids if we wanted to after seeing all of the toys, books, and games we saw. We didn’t utilize the pool but the scenery was great. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully in February lol"

"Overall, this was a very good place for our family of four. The property is very clean & had all the amenities we had hoped for. It is spacious with lots of closet & dresser space. It is well decorated, all the appliances are new & clean, and the beds & couches are super comfortable. We walked to the WWII museum (also excellent, BTW), amazing restaurants, and the French Quarter very easily from the property, which was super convenient. "First impression, a very nice property with nice accomodations. After our first night, we were awoken early due to impolite people using the gym. Water pressure for our shower was great, unfortunately, no hot water. We went to the front desk to see if we could be moved which they accommodated. The second room appeared to be nicer than our first. Although gym noise was less, it was replaced with an extremely loud HVAC system that would wake you from a dead sleep.
