My recent stay at Hivernage Hotel and Spa was overall pleasant, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel staff went above and beyond, and the service in the restaurant was particularly exemplary.
Imad, one of the servers, handled a minor issue with professionalism and kindness when I found a hair in my food. While this was disappointing, he made every effort to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. Karima at the front desk was outstanding—she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making my stay much more enjoyable. Fadua (from client relations, I believe—apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was also incredibly kind and attentive.
While the staff was exceptional, there are a few areas for improvement. The beds and pillows are much too hard, which affected my sleep quality. Additionally, the windows on the Nobu side of the hotel need better soundproofing, as outside noise was quite disruptive at times. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the Sofitel side for a quieter experience.
Thank you again to the wonderful staff for their warmth and professionalism—it made a significant difference during my stay. With a few adjustments, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.
