"It was great value, budget accommodation. $50 for 2 nights parking was a bargain too. A little distance from the CBD, but with a tram stop nearby it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Melbourne. "

"It was ok, but extremely dated and in need of renovations. I wouldn't have been comfortable staying here solo, door lock was dodgy, and it felt a bit dodgy in general, but it was ok for two mates needing a cheap nights rest. "

"I liked the decor & location & ease of arrival & key access for out of hours. Room was clean & pleasant & well priced. I didn’t like that the shower door can’t close unless you open the bathroom door, and wish there was a couple of extra power points for more than one device. Hot water needs turning down a bit, very dangerous for children. "
