"Bed linen was observed to be dirty when taken out of closet. No quilt cover on the bed. The complimentary shampoo/ conditioner and body wash we’re used and half empty. We’re unable to open any of the windows as painted shut and as it got very smoky from the fire. Ants in the kitchen cupboard Wasps got in to the cottage and had no fly spray or windows to open. "

"Very relaxing spot. Close to shops and eateries. Loved our accommodation in this farm setting. Loved getting morning visits from the alpacas. All the little touches of flowers in our room and snacks left for us were much appreciated. "

"My husband and I spent 17 days in the unit and it is close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, laundromat, trams, trains. You are close to downtown for all your sightseeing tours, Moonee Ponds shopping, High Point Shopping Centre. The kitchen is well equipped, the house has lots of room and an outdoor space. Contact with Jenny on any issues were promptly responded to. "

"Overall it was a good experience, and wonderful that it was pet-friendly. Loved having the fire going! The dog could get under the house (beneath the deck) so that was challenging to get him to come out, and not to eat the seeds/nuts in the garden. One area of improvement could be to block it off. It would also be good if some spare linen and/or washing detergent could be supplied as there was only one towel per person."

"We were so pleased to be in Country Cottage. It’s got the feel and character we like, so lacking in most short term accommodation. It’s quiet for sleeping in and has lovely places to sit to eat or relax in the garden and the house, whilst being close to the buzz of Brunswick, good food and great shopping. A perfect blend of the best of both worlds."

"Our stay at Soumah wines was literally a little piece of heaven on earth. Feel so very fortunate to have stayed there. Just stunning. Everything was amazing. The villa, the views, the wines. Went for lunch on the Sunday too and it was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. I really cannot recommend Soumah wines enough. It was devine from start to end. I just hope to be able to come back. "

"Bright, light filled house in the Dandenong Ranges. Well looked after, fantastic gardens full of life and colour and the sounds of nature. Comfortable and warm retreat just right for the two of us. Close to great restaurants. "

"We are local but needed accom while our home was repaired. But I felt like I was on a real holiday. While the rest of the family went to work or school I just enjoyed the peace and the scenery. Am so going to recommend to visiting relatives and friends!"
