"Everything was perfect! "

"This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would recommend they delay the gym opening until 8am for the sake of the guests below. The gym is nice and air conditioned btw. The roof top pool is amazing, plenty of room to get a good spot in the morning. We opted for the breakfast which usually was a very good buffet but a few days were a-la-cart. Not as many options but still excellent. To get to the beach you do have to walk a block or so down to public access but that is ok, a walk will do you good. short walk to the mall and Starbucks at Paradise Village. A few good restaurants next door. Overall, for the good price, it is excellent value and experience. "

"The resort is a bit dated but makes up for it by its amazing staff who provide excellent service in every area of the resort. The crew at the front are ready to welcome you and if you need a taxi they are on it so fast its great! The housekeeping staff are meticulous and keep every area, especially the rooms, so clean. The staff at the restaurants are fantastic and the chefs are outstanding. We did 2 nights at Cucina, Panema and Zen; Cucina and Panema were just amazing each time. We had issues at Zen 1/2 nights but would suggest going for the first seating as it seemed with the later seating the service and food suffered a bit due to business. We only had one night at Frida but only because we had to choose haha; it was still so good and highly recommend the guac ! Out of 8 days we only had one bad meal! Dont miss the poolside burgers, as we did for most of the week only to discover how bomb they were on the last day lol!! The pool servers were amazing and so friendly, ensuring you are always well hydrated. We just loved our usual server he was amazing!! The only thing I would say is the pool is heated which is really great, especially for littles, but it was a little too hot. It would be nice to turn down the temperature just a tad or have one pool thats cooler. My last all-inclusive was a Royalton in DR and it was a lot more expensive and absolutely terrible so thank you Hard Rock Vallarta for showing what an awesome all inclusive trip really is!! "We loved our 8 nights at this little boutique hotel on the south side of the Nuevo marina. The staff were terrific! Very helpful and super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel (Maizul) as well as many others nearby were excellent. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel supplied us with towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon at no charge. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and we were nervous about falling there. Also appreciate the team working to get the medication delivered to us the next morning. Team was very caring and helped to make our trip and stay as comfortable as possible with a very prompt watsapp communication. We will certainly be going back to explore more! Only part a bit unclear was why we didn’t have any option to pre-pay or why the travel back to the airport from resort was not part of the trip. Highly recommended "
