"The Solmar Resort is one of those rare finds that is too good to be true, except it is. The Property: Immaculate. On the beach. Whales, by the hundreds (yes, hundreds) swimming by, breaching, and playing so close to the shoreline, you could almost reach out and touch them. An Expedia Special VIP upgrade put us in a full suite, high floor with two balconies, the Whale Watching Sky Box, I'd say. Pools perfect for lounging as long as you care to.
