"This was our first trip to Cabo and the accommodations made the trip. The view was breath taking. The resort and amenities were excellent. The grounds and pool were pristine. Most notably was the excellent seevice and friendliness of everyone we encountered. Very secure! The residence was perfect for my husband and 3 adult children. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or have their own space."

"The private balcony with ocean views make this place an unrivaled value in the Cabo area. We absolutely loved the private penthouse balcony. In addition you can wake up to ocean sunrise views from an amazingly comfortable king size bed. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. There are not many restaurants nearby so you will need a car or taxi/bus. The poolside restaurant is not too bad and service is excellent and friendly. "My partner and I were here for 5 days to celebrate her birthday and we loved it! The condo was cozy, clean and perfect for us. The town of San Jose del Cabo was fun and not crowded. The food was amazing. Our host Kelley was awesome! I dont think I waited more than 15 mins for an answer to any question I had. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property has great views of the ocean! If you get up early you can see an amazing sunrise! The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for a couple. We were met there by the house manager and the only issue was we couldn’t get the TV to work, but we were on vacation so didn’t really matter to much to us. The pool temperature was perfect and the bar restaurant was awesome! Would highly recommend this place. We took uber almost everywhere and it was perfect. We would stay at this...

"Our annual guys trip has stayed at Villa Estancia several times over the years and will stay there again. Easy cab ride to town and short walk on beach to food and drinks. Service/staff at property are fantastic ! To owner/manager I'd suggest adding more mixing/serving bowls to kitchen. Scrambling eggs in a stock pot is doable but not ideal. Overall, great unit ! Look forward to returning next year"

"We loved the condo! It was clean, updated & was in a great location. It's on top of a hill looking down into town so it was really cool sitting out on the patio in the evenings. There were 2 infinity pools, the smaller one was right next to us & both had hot tubs. I would definitely recommend staying here & would stay here again."
