"I preface this review with the point that I arrived into Ft. Lauderdale having taken a red eye. I was exhausted when I checked in. I check in and go to my room to take a hot shower and get some sleep. I change my clothes to get comfortable. I grab the remote and try to turn on the TV...nothing.
