Extremely poor service. I was arriving before midday. So to avoid waiting for the check in time (3:00pm), I booked the night before. Upon arrival, I was notified that my room wasn't available, and that I needed to wait ~4hrs for a new check in. The whole point of booking the night before was to have that room ready after long hours without rest.
During my interaction with the receptionist:
(1) Never actually checked my reservation before telling me that I needed to wait
(2) After explaining that I booked (& paid already) the night before, he told me that no room was available and that I needed to wait in line (other people were on the lobby waiting) or until 3:00pm
(3) I told him that I message the hotel through Expedia about my arrival (date & time) and he replied ... "that is not neither the process nor the policy. Expedia is not the hotel"
Im taking the time to write a review for the 1st time in this platform because I was extremely disappointed by the treatment received from the receptionist. All of this could've been avoided if he had shown that he cared or at least tried to look for solutions. But dealing with me, the customer, was never an option for him.
