"Location was quiet and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice, and extras such as toiletry, coffee pods, and water provided. Owners of the unit we had need to do some carpentry adjustments on shelves/drawers in kitchen and bath - don’t close properly. Overall, we were were happy and would stay again."

"Go elsewhere. It would take me too long to list the problems here. The price that we paid a night and what you get for that is not a fair price. There is not even a place to get coffee on the property no little shop. You pull up and you have to take your luggage up the stairs. Our carpet in our room was damp. There was a big crack in our countertop bathroom. There was black, moldy stuff on our bathroom counter near the sink. The coffee maker did not work. You walk in and the guy that checks you in is sitting on his desktop computer on a makeshift fold up table. When we walked in to the lobby, if that’s what you want to call it we were very confused and a little bit shocked at the condition. The bar is closed at 5 PM. Terrible drinks, grouchy bartender. If you want to sit on a chair on the beach, you’ll have to lug that down from your room all the way out to the beach if you want umbrella, that’s the same story. The list goes on. We only stayed one night of the two nights and they did give us a refund right away for the night that we did not stay. "

"Place was very accommodating for our family of 4 and could easily fit 6-8. Staff was friendly and willing to offer advice on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Shuttle was great but busy during peak times so just need to plan accordingly. VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED! In room laundry and kitchen were fantastic! Definitely would recommend and on our list to revisit."

"First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."

"The condo came as advertised, however, several small amenities were either broken or about to break. Having said that, the owner says he was not aware of these items and would promptly fix them. And I believe him. This is a great unit, with a great view, with great amenities, and the owner is very easy to work with. I can recommend this listing to any prospective renter."

"This property is well worth the stay. Only issue we had was untimely housekeeping with cleaning our room. They should consider an adult only pool area as well. Otherwise highly recommend."
