"This was our third stay at the Allegro in Cozumel. We enjoyed our stay. I feel like there were less employees working this visit resulting in longer wait times. I feel like the activity staff was lacking this visit. We could not make reservations for the Japanese restaurant after many tries. The bungalows also need some updating. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will choose this resort again."
