"The hotel is a beautiful property but certainly it’s showing its age as even the room key is truly a room key and not a key card. I guess it’s just the nostalgia of an older hotel. There is also very limited dining in surrounding area but the restaurant in the hotel is great. "When we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, almost accusing us of not having a reservation. While we were searching, she took a phone call and said” ah yes ! Here you are!” There was no one else in the hotel- we arrived on our floor, the door was closed to the hallway we had to walk down. Lights would not turn on. The room was nothing more than a motel 6, but the view was spectacular. Went down to have a beer. Server was not friendly at all- said no English! Sadly he was our server for dinner....
