"The hotel location is very convenient. From Varenna train station, it’s about 1 block. Across the street from the Ferry Terminal and the city center is about 5 minute walk from the Ferry terminal. The hotel is not fancy but very comfortable and super clean. The included breakfast was very good. The breakfast and checkin was at the sister hotel about 5 minute walk. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our room even had a partial lake view. "

My only negative is the WIFi was not the greatest in my room so had to go downstairs if I wanted to download anything. My friend had no issues with the Wi-Fi in her room.
