"I really love staying here. Each room is a condo unit so they are all different. Although my room wasn’t that great in terms of finishes, I don’t care because you can’t beat the price. The building itself is old and beautiful. It’s in a really great location, very close to the prettiest grocery store ever. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants. I’ve stayed here twice and the first room was much nicer. The last one could use an update in the bathroom on the grout and overall decor but...

"It was my second trip and I was mostly satisfied. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were prompt and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa was not as comfortable but did the job. Everything in the unit worked well. The laundry facilities were functional. The one thing that slightly soured my visit was some pretty significant peeling on the ceiling that looked like pieces of plaster were going to drop anytime.
