"This was the best hotel!!!!!! From the movie I got there, until I left, the hotel took care of me!! Everything except the breakfast was free. Free public bath, amenities, lockers, booze, snacks, tea. I want to come back to this town because of the hotel itself! "The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"

"Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. Staff was always warm, courteous and helpful. "

"Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . "Very tidy property in good conditions. Rooms face either the river or the hills. Very convenient to Imari station, supermarket, local restaurants. Rooms have cooktop and microwave but absolutely no crockery, cutlery or cookware except two mugs!"

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

"Great hotel for short stay, amazing shower pressure! Decor is nature scene, lots of modern wood panels and occasional bird chirps to make you feel like you’re in nature. sky level worth extra - see clouds and clear sky above other surrounding buildings… at night, yatai food stalls pop up around the street corner next to the hotel, very convenient to have some fun food experiences…"

"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."
