"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "Our room is as advertised, the bed was very comfortable and the shower system is excellent! During our stay, there’s an issue with the exhaust fan which the hotel staff very quickly acknowledged and rectify by moving us to different room. "
