"Lovely stay. Lovely staff, nice pool, nice spa facilities, good breakfast selection, beautiful location. As I booked one of the cheapest rooms it was in the annaex next door to the main building but was very quick and easy to get to. Still a nice clean room with aircon. "

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beds made every day. New towels every day if required. Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porto Pi shopping centre near to the cruise ships and ferries. 45 minutes walk to the cathedral and old town but a taxi will get you there in minutes. "I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check...
