"The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. However the shower was very small. I could only get into it sideways and every time I moved I accidentally nudged against the tap and turned it off. I am of average size. Also on two days there were no bath towels in the bathroom"

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of Palma, close to wonderful restaurants, the beautiful cathedral, and much more. We absolutely loved our room; it was grand and had wonderfully tall ceilings. The bed was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this lovely island!
