Hostal Pons is in a old palau with antique decor and furniture which made my stay even more exiting. It's staying in a piece of history. "The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we did like the stay at Hostal San Francisco and would recommend for the price."

"The hostel was excellent! Basic and clean facilities, but that’s all you need when you’re out all day. Olly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and took time when we checked in to throughly explain niche spots and recommend travel plans. Great location super close to the beach and plenty of cafes as well. Only downside is the bathroom water pressure and drainage, it’s very weak. But even this wasn’t the biggest deal. "

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt.
