We visited Mercat de Santa Catalina on Sunday. There were guite quiet, only few traders. Bar la Tapita was open. We chose many pinchos from counter, cost from 0,60 €- 1,20 € each. "We had a great stay at the Costa Azul, the only problem for us (and it was totally out of the hotels control ) is that they are doing road works right outside. Apparently it has been going on for 2 years. If we knew about we would have booked a room at the back of the hotel."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave."
