"Amazing hotel. The staff was incredible. Every member was eager to please and they all went out if their way to help us with anything we needed. The front desk, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast- there are no nicer people in the world. Rooms were small but so clean. Bed was all white bedding and super comfy. Parking was a breeze and the garage was a fun sight to see for our kids. Close proximity to everything- the lake, shops, restaurants. The only issue I had is I wish we had stayed longer...

"Getting to and from the hotel with out a car is very expensive. Even taking city bus which is paid for by hotel, there are many steep hills or steps to climb up from train station. Checked in the staff very nice. In room. No toilet paper, not even an empty roll. Had to go ask for it. The room had paper garbage under table. Breakfast was included but not much to speak of. I would never go back. Legs all bit up in the morning. Bed very uncomfortable and room very tiny. "
