"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. "The room was bigger than expected. Nice bathroom too. It even had a balcony. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were stiff. Also, when booking they advertise free shuttle to the airport which is not free. The taxi costed 20 euro. We had a very early flight from Venice so this was a good option to avoid any delays to the airport from central Venice. The person who checked us in was very nice and and spoke perfect English. "

"This is a small gem tucked into a very high end area. It is a basic room with lovely hosts at a very reasonable price for the location. Highly recommend. "

"The property was clean and spacious and well priced for the area, but would have benefitted from a map on booking as it had no signage and was difficult to find and as an apartment had no staff in the building. Also no tea or coffee, which could have been made clear on booking"

"Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "
