"The apartment was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated and very modern. Plenty of room for a family of four, plus all the amenities you might need. Great location too! All transportation (water bus or taxi) needs very close by. Food, shopping right around the corner, walking distance to most of the sights is very close, yet it's very quiet. Communication was great, Gaby was very helpful with directions and recommendations, any kind of assistance I needed. Awesome hospitality, thanks so much!"

"Great location and easy access. The apartment right in the middle of center of Venice with easy access to all sightseeing. There is pier in 3 mins from the place, if you arrive by water taxi. We also liked restarants and shopping around the apartment. "

"Very quiet and remote vs the crowd. Flat is nice, well furnished and decorated. Bed is large and all rooms are spacious by euro standards. We ended up liking being 5-10 minutes walk from the tourists as we could relax. Even enjoyed one dinner on site! Recommended."

"The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. "

"Brilliant location. since there was 6 of us, getting the taxi from the train station (organised by the host) was amazingly easy and a great way to skip the crowds at the vaperreto. 1/2 way between st Marcos square and Rialto bridge was perfect. Great vce, totally recommend it. "

"Great location in quiet neighborhood square close to St. Marks Sq. And Rialto. 3 floor house plenty of room with updated bathrooms and kitchen but home could use some freshening up with new paint. Nice stay for my father-son trip having separate spaces. You’re in Venice with great restaurants so not likely you will need to use kitchen But there are no spices and glass wear and pots pans coffee maker etc all quite dated but we did enjoy our stay overall. "
