"It was excellent, except we did not get hot water on the morning we check out, no choice but have to take a cold bath, should have called the front desk."

"This historic hotel is in a most convenient location within a stone’s throw of the train station and water bus stop. It is away from the high attraction tourist areas and near to some great dining, and shopping. The hotel itself has the best staff and service. They are always pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. The courtyard is beautiful and tranquil. This is the third time I have stayed here and will choose Hotel Abbazia every time. A great value and a wonderful stay."
