"Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star. "

"Stayed here for 4 days as part of our tour around Thailand. This hotel offered everything you could ask for and all the staff are very polite, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located with the direct train from the airport being a 5 minute walk to the station. Very clean hotel and the free unlimited bottled water was a big bonus. Highly recommend."
