"4 stars mostly because it is close to the Haram. There is a uphill to walk to get there and it takes about 15 minutes but if you're in good physical health it shouldn't be too hard. The staff was kind and helpful. The room itself was pretty small, not very spacious but if you want to be close to the haram on a budget then this hotel is an option. There's lots of hotels closer to the masjid on the same street so you can check that out yourself in person, though rates may be slightly higher. The...

"We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab.
