"Stayed at Maidstone Family Homes - Fernhill for 3 nights with my family (comprising 2 adults & 3 children in total). The front door key was placed by the owner in a secure code-operated keybox by the front door. However, on arrival at the property we were unable to work the keybox. The owner stays nearby and kindly assisted us in retrieving the key. Overall the property was good, although a few minor issues within. "We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless."
