"This was a magnificent place! Beautiful. Hosts are a wonderful family that invited us into their home. Amazing pool. Make sure to enter from the city. Google took us the long way in on a very tight, windy road. Avoid that. "

"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."
