"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"It was a disappointment that the pool was closed when we arrived. This was the attraction for me to book this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. "A lovely place but more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They don't offer dinner and from what I could tell you can't order drinks, snacks etc Check in was easy albeit a little brief. Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description . Pool area is outstanding the best pool we have experienced so far in our week tour of Italy. Love the fact that there are a small number of rooms which makes the place feel much calmer, so...

"A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. "

"The person who met us upon our arrival was very nice and friendly but unfortunately our experience with the person who supposed to serve the breakfast was completely different. He came late (we were looking for the breakfast items in the refrigerate placed in the dining room) and dressed, well let say it nicely, very inappropriate. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town. Traditional house which is clean.
