"This was a magnificent place! Beautiful. Hosts are a wonderful family that invited us into their home. Amazing pool. Make sure to enter from the city. Google took us the long way in on a very tight, windy road. Avoid that. "

"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
