"The stay was very pleasant. Everything was very clean including the outdoor furniture! Be sure to bring your own bedding. Luray is about 15 minute drive with some shops, and a Walmart for last-minute items. Recommend and would visit again."

"House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Deer greeted us morning and evening and walked right to us, kids loved it. Location was great for our skiing trip. The drive way was super steep and was a problem for a flat lander like me and my minivan. That was the biggest area of concern for us. "

"Simple Pleasures cabin could not have been named any better! Everything is top notch and comfortable. The pool table was great, as was the vintage arcade games! We watched otters, deer, blue heron, redtails and more from the porch. Hard to leave this place! The owners are great at communicating and could not be better! "

"The property is in a magnificently secluded area offering plenty of privacy, as well as the peace and quiet that my partner were looking for outside the city. Everything that we needed was supplied by the host and the one minor issue we had (we couldn't get the fireplace to light) was corrected very quickly! The cabin itself is cozy, beautiful, and bright with comfortable furniture and bedding. It is a short drive to the Luray, which offers plenty of options for dining and entertainment....

"This was a great spot for a college reunion of 10 guys. We jump around from year to year, but are planning to come back here. We were all amazed at the construction of the main house and it's giant pine logs. (Suggestion: hire a professional photographer to represent the place better on this site.)
