Stayed in the room frequented by British rock stars Robert Plant and Christie McVie, which was a nice. Despite being next to rail station we heard nothing. "I’ve stay at this hotel when it had the previous owners. Even know it’s in a middle of having a refurbishment the hotel was extremely clean and tidy, only one problem was the pillows being extremely thin. It was a really nice touch to have a kettle in the room but maybe have spoons instead of wooden sticks. But apart from that it’s all coming along nicely, i definitely prefer the key card instead of an actual key. Me and my partner will be back!"

"Warm welcome with numerous offers of tea and biscuits. Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed, plus an array of books and magazines. Our breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a b&b - choice, quality and presentation was excellent. She was delighted with the friendliness of Jackie & Rob who made her feel completely "at home". The room had everything that she needed and the breakfasts were superb.
