"The property is new, and well appointed. Since they are new I give it another year for them to get it all sorted. They offer a daily shuttle to Funchal which is nice. If your looking for new, upscale and quite, great place. If you want to be in the heart of action. Stay in Funchal. Overall wonderful experience."

"This is a difficult rating. Very clean place, friendly. Great location, close to Airport, close to down town Machico. Machico even has a sand beach. Had a nice breakfast room with a filling cold breakfast. Room was a a little small. The biggest problem was the shower drain was very slow, and shower head push out a large amount of water, ended up flooding the bathroom a couple times. Ran out of hot water one day, may have been due to three toung women that just arrived. Only happened...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house has an amazing view, is big, and very clean - everything was perfect. Marcia was also very nice, and communication was super easy via WhatsApp. She provided us with a lot of information beforehand to give us the exact location and recommend good restaurants in the area. Much appreciated and highly recommended! My advice is to not forget shampoo or anything you need, as there is no shop within walking distance"

"Wir haben erst 4 Tage bevor wir angereist sind eine Wegbeschreibung als Bild bekommen, worauf man gesehen hat das es direkt an dem Flughafen ist. Somit konnten wir nicht mehr Stornieren. Auf den Bildern macht es den Anschein das man die Unterkunft alleine hat, was aber nicht der Fall ist, denn es sind nämlich insgesammt 4 Apartments die sich den Whirpool, die Grillstelle und die Sauna teilen.
