The supermarket next door has excellent food including fresh meat and fish counters so you hardly need to go out. But if you do, I’d suggest a hire car as the local taxis sometimes struggle to locate the house although this could have been our Spanish!"

"Everything is just as shown in the photographs and it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The villa is quiet but not isolated and we loved the location. Felipe is an excellent and very kind host and gave us details of where to visit and the generous provisions on our arrival were very much appreciated. Including a home made cake baked by his wife. Totally recommend this villa - you definitely won’t regret booking!"

"Finca Tabobo is a well positioned property well away from the busy main road. It is in a quiet area but very close to all the amenities you would need. The Finca itself is very comfortable, well equipped and not lacking anything. Note - there is a BBQ which is not listed in the details. Helen, the owner, was on site and provided a list of good restaurants and was helpful with information. The jacuzzi was very welcome in the evenings! All in all a good property and very comfortable."

"We had a fabulous week at Villa Iconic. It is a very spacious villa and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and very nice bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all, they were clean and maintained during the week. Great views of the sea and mountains. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Definitely need a car. Only a couple of minor quibbles - not enough drinking glasses and a shame the master duvet cover and sheets had holes in them. Would highly recommend this villa for a fabulous...
