"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great experience at Lanzarote Barcelo Active Resort. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Close to airport and beaches. Big rooms. Good food options in buffet. Would have liked more vegetarian main course options. One suggestion to have separation between vegetarian and non-vegetarian to avoid cross contamination. Lanzarote is a beautiful island to visit. Definitely recommend."

"This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Plenty of space and hotel never felt full. Plenty of sunbeds ( no getting up at ridiculous times) and the food ( half board) was excellent value for money. Hotel is mainly filled with 50 age group but if you want a week in the sun, very chilled quiet and relaxed this is a superb choice. "

We had problems with sliding wardrobe doors not working, body lotion dispenser not working, tea and coffee drawer jammed amd hotel bar light flickering , which as was explained to staff could cause an epileptic fit in someone. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"
