"We really enjoyed our stay. We were really happy with our free upgrade on our room. The staff were all friendly and the hotel facilities were fab. The hotel could maybe do with a bit of an upgrade on some areas, especially the outer areas with the views from our room. And some communal areas were a bit tatty. The breakfast was spot on.
