"Booked in June 2024 for an April 2025 stay. Upon arrival, 230pm, room was not ready or even selected for me yet. Others were checking in, but I was unable to. Didn't know until about 4pm when I called to follow up to see if I had a room was I informed I was all set. Was concerned I'd be walked. Once I was in the room, everything was fine.
