"The service wasn’t BEYOND excellent!! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got there but was greeted with ice water, cookies, tea and coffee 24/7. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. And the small little couch on the window made it roomy enough for my children to space themselves out. From now on, it’s Microtel and Marriott for me!! Thank you very much to the staff for everything! My children and I greatly appreciate you all and we will be back. "

"Booked in June 2024 for an April 2025 stay. Upon arrival, 230pm, room was not ready or even selected for me yet. Others were checking in, but I was unable to. Didn't know until about 4pm when I called to follow up to see if I had a room was I informed I was all set. Was concerned I'd be walked. Once I was in the room, everything was fine. Desk chair was very squeaky when leaning back. On final morning when cleaning up and packing up, found a sock under mattress that was not mine. Breakfast...

"Couldn’t find a place to hang up clothes, there was a big mirror that I pulled on, but didn’t wanna pull it off the wall only to find out and check out you have to slide it. Also, the breakfast was nice, but after about 10 people came everything was gone other than bread And waffle mix."
