"The elevator stops slightly below the ground floor--so if you're on it, after it stops you have to push the "1" button again so it will move up a few inches so the door will open. If you're outside waiting, the light goes off but the door won't open (because it's too low) so you have to push the button again. When we mentioned it to an employee they indicated the owner is too cheap to fix it--as they have had elevator problems in the past. Stating they went 6 weeks without elevator. I'D NOT STAY with no elevtor! "
