The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. We'd stay here again with a group for sure!"

"Nice place with easy access to boat ramps and weigh in area for fishing tournament. Not fancy, basic accommodations. Fishermen will like it just fine. I do feel like it’s a little pricey for the size, location and amenities. There is a slight smell in the place that we couldn’t put our finger on, if you have a discerning nose. It gets the job done. Communication with host was great and they even allowed a late checkout. "

"The bed was comfortable, the private deck was lovely. The whole place was clean and nice. The only issue was that the internet was down which prevented us from watching the very small TV in the main floor living room area. We never received communication regarding whether or not it was resolved. However, the cleaning staff was wonderful and the location was great for downtown activities. It was not, however, close to SFA. (That's not a bad thing, just notable.)"
