It was a nice Hotel. Great breakfast the only issue was the elevator stopped working and when we checked out we were told we would receive a 20% discount, but never received it. Don’t tell me you’re going to do something then not. If they never said anything it wouldn’t be an issue. Overall it’s a nice place

Bathroom was a little dirty upon check in. Very quiet area and felt safe. Staff was very friendly. Would've been nice to see a little variety in the breakfast options (maybe healthier options as well). Overall this is a go too spot when staying in Lufkin.

Comfortable Stay!
Friendly staff. Clean room and common area. Comfortable bed, but plan exercise off site. The treadmill was out of order and the elliptical was missing an arm. There is no where to run outdoors safely close.
