The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. "Nice place with easy access to boat ramps and weigh in area for fishing tournament. Not fancy, basic accommodations. Fishermen will like it just fine. I do feel like it’s a little pricey for the size, location and amenities. There is a slight smell in the place that we couldn’t put our finger on, if you have a discerning nose. It gets the job done. Communication with host was great and they even allowed a late checkout. "

"Everything was great with the property. Easy check-in and quick communication with owner. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms were very spacious for our party of 3 adults and 2 small dogs. The single bathroom is large and has two sinks w/ mirrors. The pond with gazebo is a nice touch. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking the dogs around the pond."

If internet calling is needed, you may need to intitialize wifi calling, but i needed to get a cellular bar signal outside as well. After i did this calling was good.Check in is a little late in the day at 4pm. Great place. 5 stars."

"We selected this house to stay at n when visiting Rayburn with some family friends. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for sets of parents, a couple of 16 yr old boys, and our 9 yr our daughter. Separate, comfortable, clean, and nice. We all enjoyed and hope to return in the future. The host provided excellent information to make our stay enjoyable. "
