I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. All in addition to the traditional cereal, yogurt etc. You order the type of coffee you want, and they bring it to your table. Not self-service-machines. If felt pretty good. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly.
