"Great service but I felt pressured to get out of the room got the cleaners. Also, no having menus makes it very difficult to get room service. It needs a transition period. Also, very convenient net zero for hotel to stop providing toiletries and having to use the same products half way through. "

Das Personal im italienischen Restaurant war super und das Essen sehr lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Frühstücksraum war für den Andrang nicht ausgelegt. Man stand überall an und freie Tische gab es kaum. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen lecker. "

"No issues with the property but had to ask for coffees and milk for the room as they werent replenished daily.Area near the hotel didnt inspire confidence at night but had no issues during our 4 nights there.Not the cleanest German city and we have been to a few but still enjoyed our time there."
